Before filling out the form, here are a few FAQ’s to check out to see if we’d be a good match for each other!

What is the process for booking a session with you?
After your initial enquiry I will engage with you to chat about the type of session you’re after and the ideal time for you. I will then send you a booking form to complete online. Once you have submitted this form I will send you a welcome email, including a link to your Client Portal. Here you will be able to view and complete your contract, questionnaire and invoice for your session (a $200 booking fee is required to confirm your session).
In the leadup to your session I will keep in touch and assist you with wardrobe choices if needed. I will send a session confirmtion prior to your session which will include a map of exactly where to meet.

What can I expect from a session with you?
It is my goal to ensure that you love your session as much as the final product! I will send you a questionnaire prior to your session to get an idea of who you and your loved ones are and the type of photos you’re after. I will adapt my style to fit with the pace of your family. If you’re camera shy, no worries! I will take it slow and hold off on the Dirty Dancing lift prompts until you’ve warmed up a bit. If your kids love to explore, let them! We will pace our session to suit them. I aim to capture natural moments so we will chat away throughout your session and I will prompt you throughout where needed.

Do you offer payment plans?
I’m happy to offer flexible payment options to suit you. To secure your session, I require a $200 booking fee. The balance is due by the day of your session but you are welcome to make incremental payments in the lead up to it. Any payments received will be reflected on your invoice and you can view this at any time for an updated balance owing.
Payment methods available include bank transfer, credit card, payment by instalments and Afterpay.

How long will it take for me to receive my photos after a session?
It will take a maximum of three weeks from your session. I work to get your gallery to you as soon as possible though and can sometimes have it to you within 1-2 weeks. I will usually give you an estimated timeframe at your session based on my workload at the time. If you do require your images sooner for a special occasion, please let me know so I can endeavour to meet your needs.

What should I wear to my session?
Once you have submitted your booking form for your session, I will send through a welcome email to you that includes a Welcome Guide. This guide will include some wardrobe tips for you. I also have a range of outfit options available for use during your session for ladies, men, children and newborns – I can provide a link to my Client Wardrobe upon request.
06.
Do you have gift certificates available?
I have gift certificates available in printed or digital format. Gift certificates can be purchased for the full value of a session or a set amount (e.g. $100) for the recipient to put toward a session.
